Sir,
i had named my baby boy in the birth certificate in Chandigarh. Now due to some problem I want to change the nae but the Chandigarh Birth & Death department says that I can not change the name of my minor son. Sir, please suggest me how can I change the name. Please tell me about the procedure and legal documents used and also their wordings.

my father had decided to take a loan from housing finance company to build a house on a plot in 1993. he has submitted the sale deed of the plot to the finance company and other documents. however he suffered 2 massive heart attack and he droped the idea of taking loan. In 2000 he approached the concerned company regarding the sale deed. however the company said that they have shifted the office and may be the deed is lost. My father expired on 2002. My name is registered in the property card of the property now with building also. The only paper from the company which I have is their letter that they have the necessry documents sumitted by the applicant and the applicant is called for a meeting / interview.
My name is on the property card since 2004.
What should I do now?

However this happened around 1993.
Can the company will cooperate now.
We only have their letter dated 1993 that they have received a application file with necessary papers.

In 1995 my mother registered a will in favor to me and left out my only sister. In 2002 my mother made an unregistered revocation will. She died in 2008. Is the revocation will valid. How should I know the authenticity of it.

A company is havings its Registered Office at Chennai. The Company's Board Meeting for allotment of shares was held at Mumbai and the share certificate was signed at Mumbai. Pls. clarify me, whether I should pay stamp duty on the share certificate according to Maharastra Stamp Act or Tamil Nadu Stamp Act.

Sir, We two brothers are holding WILL from our mother(now no more) and getting grant of probate from the court. We have applied for legal heir certificate too. After death of testator Oct 08( My mother) 60% pension arrears of 6th pay commission are heldup with Pension disbursement authority ammouting to approx sixty thousand. Pension authority told us to get succession certificate too. We have one married sister and we are willing to share the amount so received(say not dispure). Are the first two documents not sufficient to support claim. Thanks
