Hi Experts,
I had this severe pain in my right hip joint and I showed it to an orthopedic Sargon. He suggested MRI. Which I got done, after looking at the MRI the doctor said I had some effusion (accumulation of puss) in my joint which needs to be aspirated (taken out). He aspirated my puss and sent it for culture and sensitivity in the pathology, and meanwhile started my treatment with ATT (Anti Tuberculosis Treatment). The Gram Staining report which was received immediately, suggested I did not have Tuberculosis, but still the ATT was started. After 6 weeks the report of culture also came up, which again suggested that there was "No Bacteria seen and there was no Growth of Bacteria". My severe pain was not subsiding at all, but my orthopedic surgeon kept insisting on tuberculosis. After 8 long months of continuously taking ATT and the pain still not subsiding, I showed my hip to another orthopedic, who suggested another MRI. After the second MRI report, second doctor said I had AVN (Avascular Necrosis) and not Bone TB.
Now, experts, I want to know if there is any such case which has been settled earlier. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me on this.
Thanking you in advance

Hi!
My name is Harsha Vardhan & my surname is Chivikula (as per my records)
There is a mistake in the surname. It should be Chivukula.
My parents certificates, my brothers certificates all carry the surname Chivukula.
The mistake is only in my certificates.
I have read in your website on the procedure to make the correction.
Now, I need to know one thing.
All my certificates (Birth, SSC, Inter, Degree,P.G.,) all have the same name.
Also, My passport, driving licence, pan card, ration card, gas connection, telephone connections, bank accounts etc., will have the old name.
Should I get them all corrected individually? or is there any simple way out.
i had been a resident of A.P. all my life. All my education as well as bank accounts are in A.P. only.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Harsha

Our Management has planned for providing green card i.e. permanent residency to our US based employees followed by a agreement.
The agreement will include if the person will leave the company in between the process of the Green Card or after getting the green card in a years time than he has to repay the amount spent on him for getting the green card.

DEAR SIR,
ABOUT 12 YEARS AGO MY FATHER HAD GOT INTO A AGREEMENT I.E MEMORANDAM OF UNDERSTANDING [MOU] WITH A PARTY FOR SALE OF HIS PROPERTY ON A PLAIN PAPER WITH A REVENUE STAMP ON IT AND ACCEPTED SOME TOKEN MONEY AGAINST IT .
DUE TO UNKNOWN REASONS THE PARTY WHO WERE BUYING THE PROPERTY BACKED OUT AND DID NOT PAY US THE DECIDED BALANCE AMOUNT.NOW THIS DEAL HAS GOT STUCK FOR LAST 12 YEARS AND WE CANNOT SELL THE SAME PROPERTY TO ANYBODY ELSE AS WE HAD ENTERED A 'MOU' WITH THIS PARTY AND IF WE LOOK FOR A NEW BUYER THEN THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED AS THEY SAY IT IS A DISPUTED PROPERTY WHICH HAD ENTERED INTO A AGREEMENT WITH SOME ONE ELSE BEFORE .NOW MY FATHER HAS EXPIRED.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER THIS 'MOU' SIGNED BY MY FATHER STILL HOLDS ITS VALIDITY WITH THE PARTY IT WAS SIGNED WITH OR AFTER A PERSONS DEMISE THE'MOU' NULLIFIES AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY VALUE .
BASICALLY WE WANT TO SELL THIS PROPERTY AS IT HAS BEEN MUTATED TO OUR NAME[I.E IN THE NAME OF MY MOTHER,MYSELF AND MY SISTER] AFTER MY FATHERS DEMISE.CAN THE FIRST PARTY TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST US IF WE SELL THE STATED PROPERTY TO SOMEBODY ELSE OR CAN HE TAKE A COURT STAY AGAINST THIS PROPERTY IF WE TRY TO DEVELOP IT ..AS I HAVE WRITTEN EARLIER FIRST PARTY HAS NOT KEPT THEIR PROMISE AND DID NOT PAY US THE BALANCE AMOUNT AS PER THE 'MOU' AGREEMENT MY FATHER HAD MADE WITH THEM.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE DO WE STAND IN ACCORDING TO THE INDIAN LAW..THANKS …
