Respected Sir/Madam, 10-11-2011
Please kingly help in obtaining OBC Creamy Layer certificate.
-as I live with my parents in police quarters, and my father is working in Police dept. as Head Constable and will retire Next Year June-2012, Iam also 1 year back posted as constable and a month back I have got married,
-the problem is that iam planing to go shift to rented house,
-Iam 29yrs old and recently SI notification is given, it is my last chance for applying for the post on base of OBC certificate.
-main problem is mine & father annual income combinely crossing 4.5lac per annum.
-as to obtain obc, family income should be less than 4.5lacs/annum.
-as i recently married i dont have any rationcard of mine.
-please suggest me what to do as it is last chance for applying for the SI post.
& for obtainging OBC Certificate.

Sir, we are a construction co. engaged in road construction work.
1) We wish to form a Joint Venture Firm with another firm, but the registrar of firms says that the two firms cannot form a Joint Venture Firm. We had applied for a Joint Venture Firm with the name of PMA Construction Co. (JV), but the ROF says that PMA Const. Co. is already registered and therefore the JV Firm cannot be registered with the same name as the both firms are engaged in the same nature of business. Our argument is that we are forming a JV firm and added the '(JV)' word to the name of new firm. But they are not convinced. We have made the agreement with the name of "PMA Construction Co. (JV)" and issued a tender form to participate.
2) secondly, can we give a title to the JV firm as "Agreement of Joint Venture" instead of "Deed of Partnership" as the new firm is joint venture for a specific work and not a regular firm.
3) The ROF says that the Joint Venture cannot be registered with office of the ROF. The ROF also added that the two firms cannot form a new firm with any name. The new firm should be formed by the partners only and not by the firms. Is it true ?

Respected Experts,
Is there any law mandating that only Left Hand Thumb Impression (L.T.I.) of an illiterate person must be taken on a document.
Is there any provision that in case of illiterate males, L.T.I. must be taken and that in case of illiterate females, Right hand thumb impression must be taken.
Could anybody explain in detail?

Hi i want to enter into MOU with a party.
such MOu shall relate to making a film.
whereby one party intending to make film and other party being experienced in such field shall assist the former in making film.
All the money, expenses ,risk. losses shall be borne by party intending to make film and the other party shall be given given a share of 15% of turnover or 50% of profits whichever is higher.
how shd i proceed with such an MOU.

Ontaining obc certificate
Dear sir/madam
My self Madhavan.G from karnataka ,professionally engineer right now preparing for Indian civil services exams (IAS),my query is what are the relevant documents required to come under OBC.
In my fathers cumulitive card issued by state SSLC board in 1969, caste is mentioned as Hindu(Satani) which comes under OBC in central as well as state .But my father as not made any caste certificate till now. I have also not mentioned my caste in my school days,but based on my fathers cumulutive card i made OBC certificate during my engineering admission and right now i have caste certificate issued by respective tahashildar of my area.
Right now i am applying for Civils (IAS) whether the above documents is sufficient ?
Should i tell my dad to apply for caste certificate based on his cumulitive card.
how do come across caste validity certificate?
Here is the procedure for caste validity certificate
Application for (Caste) Validity Certificate
• The applicant has to present an application Form No 1 for authentication of caste to the Caste Verification committee of the District.
• The Caste Verification Committee will investigate the records from school, certificates of family members, and verification of other appropriate materials.
• If all the above mentioned record establishes to be in order the said committee will grant caste validity certificate in Form No. 1A within one month from the date of application.
• Where the said Committee does not issue the certificate in stipulated time, for such delay the Deputy Commissioner of Dist may intervene.
• The certificate issued by the said Committee shall be legitimate for the purpose of employment and education.
• The Caste Validity Certificate is legal and valid until it is revoked or until he converts his religion.
My query is ?
1) My father has not made caste certificate ,he has only his cumulitive card which says he belongs to hindu caste satani which comes under OBC. should he apply for caste certificate based on his cumulitive card ? if yes what is the procedure.
2)For caste validity certificate caste has to mentioned from school days , but i have not mentioned any were in school . i applied my caste and made my caste OBC certificate only during my Engineering admission based on my dads cumulitive certificate. but above form 1a says caste has to be mentioned fromm school , how can i change that now?
3) We match all the criteria for caste hindu (SATANI) which is 3B.
4)Please advise to satisfy conditions for FORM 1 A for caste validity certificate, bcoz i am preparing for civils tomorrow it should not be a problem.
