Sir,
Whether it is valid and proper when a unregistered relinquishment deed is executed immediately after preliminary decree. When the shares have been declared in preliminary decree the person will have to execute a sale deed and not relinquishment deed. Whether the relinquishment deed is hit by Section 52 of Transfer of Property act. If it is executed is there consideration amount to be mentioned in the deed. Can market value be taken for consideration amount or compulsory nominal rate to be taken into consideration. If market value is taken into consideration then it will become a sale deed. What is the difference between compromise deed and relinquishment deed.
Please kindly enlighten me.

sir i took some of the doucments from rti act from police station. after taking the documents, police entered in RTI book what ever i have taken. again i took that RTI Book extract wherein my details which i took under rti act has been recoreded. . the RTI Book extract which i took will come under public document or not. in this case if i am holding RTI book extract need to call PUBLIC information officer to the court to prove the document.

Is it mandatory for a 1978 born to have a birth certificate? I don't have birth certificate made till now. It was never asked and never made...
But, I have my DOB mentioned in my Class Xth Certificate and PAN etc.
I am not able to obtain Nationality certificate? What should I do....? I have no record of place of birth... This was never asked anywhere till date but for passport this is required...
Can a sworn affidavit will do (I am a Post Graduate Diploma)
(In BIHAR and also for CBSE, only date of birth is recorded on 10th Certificate but in Maharashtra 10th Certificate has DOB and Place of Birth. So, their's 10th Certificate is a complete ONE)

Dear All
The government approved ID proofs is mandatory during stay in any hotel/resort in India ??
For security purposes is it mandatory to produce Govt approved ID during stay in Hotel or resort. Is there any legal law on this.
Can I have the legal opinion on this issue please.

Dear Sir,
Just wanted to know if it is okay to give a potential buyer a photostat copy of property documents to check with bank to see if it is okay for loan. Can I give photostat copies with it crossed out in blue and have it say cancelled? I had given a set to the potential buyer, so he can verify with his bank without him signing any agreement. Should I be concerned? Should I report this incident?

Sir,
One of our market trader having his shop and attic attached to it.
The grandfather of trader has given the attic to one friend for doing business.
Now the grandson needs some funds and wants to sell the attic but the person occupying denied and demanding money.
He shown the one and only document i.e. The Bombay Shops & Establishment License and claiming his ownership but the trader friend of mine having absolute agreement mentioning ownership of attic.
He has been paying electricity, water, best i.e. every bills raised in the name of shop.
Kindly help me out to sort this as well as please let me know by just having shops and establishment how one can claim ownership.
What are the documentary evidence required under shops and establishment for principal owner of the premises.
Awaiting earliest reply.
