Incorrect birth date in school leaving certificate

Dear Sir,

I was born on 11-01-1981. But at the time of joining school, my parents given my DOB wrongly as 11-05-1980. I was born at Home (Home Delivery) and my parents were not registered my birth, hence I don't have Birth Certificate. Now it affects my eligibility to appear for UPSC and other competitive examinations. Kindly advise me as to how to trace my records relating to my correct birth date and bring to court. Please consider the additional information below,
1. No birth registration was done.
2. I was born in a village at Gudiyatham, Tamil Nadu in 1981 and was living there until 1988.
3. I got vaccinated under government immunizations from Primary Healthcare Centre during my childhood but we don't have records in our hand.
4. I am the second child to my parents.
5. My parents were uneducated and had no knowledge about the impact on providing wrong DOB to School.

I am a serious IAS aspirant with economically poor background. Your advice and guidance would help me to bring out the truth and to have a chance to contribute to the development of our Nation.
Thanking You,

As in one of The Bank an applicant(proposed Purchaser) of the property applied for a mortgage loan.Bank as per the procedure obtained report from an advocate.advocate on scrutiny of file found that The sale-deed in fvaour of vendor (the seller) was made for an open plot and it was after the completion certiifcate hence Bank's advocate hold the file with a query that after completion open plot sale-deed was made.Thenfater The application was submitted in corporation as party said that there is a mistake in mentioning date of completion and Inward copy was submitted to bank's Lawyer.Bank Lawyer had earlier also informed regarding technicality and on basis of this application submitted his report.Bank after the procedures sanctioned the loan also but then due to dispute on some other ground purchaser refused to purchase the said property and cancelled the loan and hence Bank account closed. The seller had received the amount of consideration in part i.e.black amount and white amount. Now the purchaser is asking seller to pay him the said amount + Banks expenses against which seller is not ready to pay the bank charges amount and also telling thta contract limitation is over. Now The Purchaser advocate advising purchaser for Criminal Actions against Bank,Bank's Advocate and The Advocate who had prepared earlier sale-deed.As in this case The proposed seler has not executed sale-deed due to dispute and Bank had holded the cheque as sale-deed was not received by them. Now in this case What actions can be taken by purchaser?Yes another thing is that purchaser have taken possession of all original documents fromthe Bank. Now without entering in to sale-deed can he have such possession? Please advise. The Purchaser(proposed) Threatning for criminal actions against Bank and Bank Advocate and the advocate who had earlier made sale-deed in favour of the vendor in this case.Sir please provide me the detailed reply if possible.

Sale through power of attorney

Dear sir,
I sold my flat at ambernath to person"A" for 8 lacs. through an agent. Agent made two documents - 1.Agreement for sale and 2. Power of attorney. Both these were on Rs.100 stamp paper. We went to Tehsildar office in Ulhasnager and infront of him signed on documents. Agent told me that he will do the "registration" afterwords.

This person"A" has now sold it to a third person "B" for 12 lac, but our Society is saying that the transaction between me and the person "A" is not registered and advising me to again enter into an Agreement for sale with this Third person "B" and get it registered.

How can i do this ? How can i sign the documents for 12 Lac, when i have not received it? What is the way forward ?

Need your kind advice urgently.Thanks.

My name is sajan jose and i am from kerala, thrissur dist.

My query is about legal heir ship certificate and is that to which all purpose it is issued.whether it can be legally issued by taluk for Bank loan purpose.

my mother is trying to get a loan from SBT Bank securing our 21 cent of land to bank which was inherited from my father as his legal heir when he passed away two years back.

When we approach the bank they needed power of attorney from me & my brother and also legal heirship certificate to prove that we two are only his legal heirs.Gods sake there was no problems for power of attorney.
But When we approach village officer for legal heirship certificate he adviced that we cannot apply for it for bank loan purpose and he is asking me to apply for some other fake purpose.

so could you please advice me whether i can apply it for bank loan purpose and if, can i ask for a statement from bank.
