Hi,I bought a land in bangalore and made registration last month.Actually it was agricultural land which is now possesing khata B type khata.The owner telling that as it comes under green belt,the issue of khata is temporarly close.Is he saying right or is any thing wrong?Please experts reply,experts from karnataka region who have better undertsanding of the laws in karnataka can reply....also I want to know what is the importance of khata...

Respected sir/madam…
• I’ve issued passport in tatkal quota.
• And called for post passport verification. I attended the same and got verified from police station.
• But after 7 months I got letter from regional passport office that I’ve to give clarifications regarding adverse police verification report about residential proof for 1year before applying the passport.
• I applied for the passport 2 months after completing my degree course. And I completed degree in different district which 75-80 kilometers away from my residential place.
• Keeping this in mind, in police verification report he indicated that I was in hostel during that period, since I was doing my degree course.
• But during my final year there were no regular classes and I’ve carryout project work. Project work can be done elsewhere so I was travelling daily to my college to attend classes, exams and to carryout the project work.
• I went to regional passport office and gave clarifications same as above then they got satisfied with the same. And they informed me they’ll re-initiate the police verification. During this period I was unemployed and was staying in home only and searching for job.
• Meanwhile I was waiting for the police verification call, during this period I got appointed in merchant navy, for that I’ve go abroad for working.
• Till this period I didn’t get any call from police verification.
• After completing my degree course I was being the fresher unemployed for 2 years and now got the job. I have to repay my study loans. so that personally I went to police station and explained the same in the police station, then verbally they granted me to join to the job and assured me that they’ll take care of police verification with my parents.
• Then 2 and half months after my joining to my job, my parents were informed by the police station about police verification of passport.
• So that time they asked my physical presence, since I was working in abroad and working on contract basis it was unable for me attend the police verification.
• Then in police verification report they noted that applicant is not present in the given address during police verification. And he noted the place name from where I boarded the ship which sail around the world.
• Keeping the above point in mind regional passport office has sent a letter to give clarifications.
• Now I can clarify them about this. But now, if I visit the regional passport office they’ll again re-initiate the police verification and it’ll take time.
• Now I’ve join back to my job otherwise I’ve wait for long time for police verification.
• I do not have any other source to earn money since I’m working on contract basis in merchant navy.
• And if I wait for the police verification then I don’t know how much it’ll take. Later I’ve face problem about my job for rejoining because of long period of gap.
• I want to join my job so please give me suggestions...

A German company is appointing me as its legitimate representative in India. Here in India this particular software is getting pirated in huge numbers. My duty would be to take anti piracy drive taking strict to strict action against violators and appoint dealers and re sellers.
Now what kind of agreement I need to make with german Company to do the above Job and what all such legal papers I need to take legal action on software piracy

One of my friend is enrolled in Delhi Bar Council and has taken membership of Patiala House Court.
Can he taken membership of any bar association in India, If yes, what is the procedure and fee, if any, to be charged to change bar association?

Parents full name is not mentioned in my Birth certificate.Only first name is given.
Eg: father's name, Muraleedharan Pillai is given as Muraleedharan.
When approached the Panchayath office(Who issued the birth certificate)they said this is how the parants name was mentioned in the report they have received from Hospital.
But in my parents id card full name is given
Could you please guide me how to change
parents name in birth certificate
Will this be an issue for applying for my passport?

Please help. I am from West Bengal. I want to execute a lease deed in favour of a company in which I am a partner. What should be the denomination of the stamp paper, that I should execute the lease deed in?
Also I want to change the address of the firm mentioned in the Partnership deed. How to go about it? And also the stamp paper denomination for it.
What is the basic difference between Tenancy agreement and Lease Deed?
Please help as soon as possible.

I had a valid passport which expired last month.I am married , but my spouse name was not added in my old passport.
I am having some marriage issue with my husband and I am staying at my parents place from the past 1 year.
In what category I should file my passport : Married or separated.

A cash credit limit is being sanctioned for Rs.2800000/=for a pvt.ltd. co. in which I am managing director and my partner is director. My partner is also having a proprietor firm for which he exercised a loan of Rs.1 crore and from the same bank/branch, I am not having any connection with the proprietorship
firm. Now we decided to close the business and paid the loan in full and the pvt.ltd. a/c is being finally closed. In pvt.ltd.co.CC limit I equitable mortgaged my property in my name and my partner equitable mortgaged property in the name of himself. Bank refuse to release my property
as the proprietorship a/c of my partner is not running in good condition(but not NPA).
Is it legal, lawful value of my equitable mortgage was 13,00,000/ only. suggest me further action.

Hello,
In my passport my wife's name is printed with her changed surname. This was done when I applied for my passport renewal. To get this done we got an affidafit done mentioning we are married by Hindu law.
Now I have to get a fresh passport for my wife. Do I need to get another Affidafit done to have her name with new surname? Or, if I provide my passport details, it would be sufficient.
Someone please suggest.
