Respected sir,
Can a declaration on a stamp paper regarding the change of principle place of business of a unregistered partnership deed can be given effect from a earlier date?

For example: If I changed my Principal place of business of my unregistered partnership firm in May 2013, Can I buy a stamp paper of today's date and execute an agreement today giving the effect of the change of principal place from may 2013?

Please help.

An agreement may be effected from an early date but the change of address can not be done so.
I wonder why do you need so.

When the firm itself is unregistered partnership what is the need of documenting the change of principal place of business. May get the partnership registered with new address.

For shifting of place pf business you need not make any deed.
After shifting it register the partnership business.
