Sir/Madam,
Please inform me the validity period of a Non-Judicial stamp of the face value of Rs.5/- and Rs.10/-. These are commonly used in the applications and appeals of Right To Information Act 2005.
Thanks,

Hello sir,
One of my brother got flat in noida lucky draw scheme. He did not have money so I have filled his form and got the initial money sanctioned from bank and now I have paid the banker their initial money. Now in order to get the flat alloted authority required 30% of flat after adjusting the initial money. My brother dont have any money but I am interested to buy it but he is getting the call from dealer to sell the flat. There are some disputes arisen between me and my brother.I am interested in that flat so which documents should I get it signed from him so that He cant claim any right on the flat.He is threatening me that he can sell the flat to dealer.I have paid the initial money and also ready to pay bal money to authority so how it could be transferred to my name. Please suggest and answer me in detailed so that i can proceed further.
Thanks in advance

Name change and its complications
Hi,
I am Himanshu and wants to change my name to "Himanshu Jaswant Soni".
Now my questions are:-
1. Do I need to compulsorily get it published in Official Gazette? If yes, then where, as my permanent address is in Delhi and due to employment I'm living in Mumbai.
2. After name change will it create any complications if I dont change my name in all educational certificates or attaching the copy of newspaper cutting/gazette publication with all the documents.
3. Will i face any difficulty to change the names in Voter ID, AADHAR, Driving Licence and PAN number.
Please clear my doubts as I have started realizing that using ones full name is very important.
Thanks in advance for your help.
