2) When a instrument contains more than one page, what is the procedure to be followed by a notary person in notarizing that instrument?

hi all,
i am not sure whether i am posting this in the right catergory or not. but still i would think tht experts would have the ans. My quiry is regarding the renewal of passport. As the pages is exausted i need to renew my passport. in my previous passport, my husband name is included. since i am seperated ( staying apart and no contact but not legally )from past 8 years, i would like to know whether i can select the column seperated in the passport application form. if so i am interested to know what are the documents i need to submit inorder not to have my husbands name in my current passport.

my empolyee has got the room under SRA scheme. unfortunatly her father expired before she got the possission.
now neither builder nor the so called secretary is cooperating in getting the room in the name of her mother or elder brother. No any allotment letter is given and other documents so that can transfer their adress in Ration card or can get electricity bill in their name.
the employee is the real needy and require assistance from the intellectuals without spending much.

my brother has worked in one company and now he left that company and joined in new company and that too in abroad,
now that company has send the legal notice and ask to pay 1,50,000.
now my family situation is too bad we cant able to pay that much big amount
pls help me to solve or how to reply back to the letter

why leave and license agreement is executed for 11 Months only not 12 months or more or less 11 month in Maharashtra.

dear sir,
what is the consequence faced by a burrower incase of non repayment of a sum of 2 lakh rupees in time which was signed in a hundred rupees stampduty paper with thump impression and 2 witness if the money lender go to file a case in court.it is not a handwritten note it is printed. is this a civil or criminal offence. Is IPC 420 applicable in such a case?

Hi,
I would like to start has freelance in loan business. But my main concern is when where u pass on loan file to a loan company it is been leaked out to other sources.
Because of which i loss my client and some one else takes the benfit. How can i be secure. Is there any document which i can sign it from loan company so my customer lead is not pass on to another company.

hello everyone, i want one information. i have a registered agreement for sale document. through which i purchased one flat in my name before 5 years. i want to include my wifes name in the sale flat. can i include my wifes name in that agreement for sale. means now i am the only owner of the said flat but i want to add my wifes name in the flat legally.so that we both will have half share on the said flat. what is the legal procedure.? whether ractification deed is possible? or should i prepare a gift deed for the half portion of the flat? or is there way ?
