Filing in supreme court

My wife has filed case under 498a in Noida in Nov 2007. I moved under sec 482 in Allahabad high court in Dec 2008 The application has been rejected by high court.

I want to move to Supreme court.
My question is the order sheet and case documents are in Hindi as in U.P. Hindi language is used in lower courts.
Do I need to convert them into English to move to Supreme court or I can move with same documents.

1 rupee revenue stamp v/s rs.100/= non-judicial stamp paper

Sir, please let me know when One Rupee Revenue Stamp is sufficient in financial dealings of several Crores of Rupees, why then Rs.100=00 or more valued non-judicial stamp paper is insisted upon for executing Affidavit of various nature like applying for a new ration card etc.,?
Sir, why Affidavits cannot be executed on One Rupee Revenue stamp paper?
Whether any special privilege has been granted to non-judicial stamp papers over the One Rupee Revenue stamp?
Sir, please clarify.
With regards,
Pundalika A. Bhat.

Power of attorney by multiple people

A, B, C, D and E are brothers and legal heirs of their father X who died intestate leaving behind a property.

Can A,C, D and E execute a single power of attorney in favour of B so that B can act on their behalf in respect of the property matters. Is it legally allowed.

A,C, D and E have no objection in giving such right to B since all 4 of them are unable to carry out the necessary formalities.

Index ii correction

Hi
i had bought a flat in pune and done the agreement with builder on 7 june 2012. Builder has given me open car parking. He has mentioned same in agreement. But there is an error in Index II as there it was mentioned closed car parking. I want to make correction in Index II and want to change it to open car parking. I asked advocate about it. he told me that there are 2 ways.

1. submit a application for correction and follow up. It will take 6 -7 months for correction.

2. Do a correction deed which include charge near about 3500 rs.

I asked builder about way no 2 but he is not ready to pay as he is saying mistake is done by registration office.

Please suggest what to do

Nomination

We hold savings accounts in post office . My brother wants to take a NSC national savings certificate 8 th issue on application he has appointed mother as nominee

So on that application itself there was a column which says witness to nomination . I being elder brother signed as witness . Post office authorities refused saying witness to this nomination cannot be from same family.( where on earlier instance i have to pay Rs 250 for witness sign from an outsider) so why for all instances all time i need to pay Rs 250 for an outsider thinking that in mind so i signed . Now Post office authorities refused saying witness to this nomination cannot be from same family . Please guide me for which i will be thankful

Affidavit on stamp paper of value of rs.200?

Sir,
I have applied for the transmsiion of mutual funds and the company has asked me to submit an affidavit duly notarised on Rs.200 stamp paper for mismatch of name as per company records and death certificate.

When i visited a lawyer for drafting, notary etc , i was astonished to know that the affidavit will never be asked on such a high value stamp paper i.e., Rs.200.

So, I would like to know that whether the company was right in asking for affidavit on Rs.200 stamp paper?
If the answer is negative, please let me know whether I can lodge complaint for the same.

Thank you.
