Dear sir, if society take deemed conveyance by showing less members like society having total 16 members but due to illegle top floor they show only 12 members at the time of taking deemed conveyance what is position of that 4 members & what will happened at the time of redevelopment that they r considerd as a member or not? if this type of activity by society is allowed?

THE DEVELOPER HAVE CONSTRACTED TRANSIT CHAMP WITH OUT ANY LEGAL DOC on the BMC plot ... & the BMC HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY PERMISSION TO THE DEVELOPERS.. STILL THE WORK IN PROGRESS.. PLZ HELP.

I filed domestic violance case on my husband ..he doesnt allow me to enter matrimonial home...even he not gave my electoral card and all id proof ..i m in need of my id prooves coz i want to fill differents govt posts ....as i have now to bring up my child also who is mere 1 and a half year old ...he also not giving my original certificates in CAW cell and refuce ...he was not present on first date which was on 21 march 2014...
what should i do to have my id proves and certificates back....

Please advice an Organisations (NGO) registered under West Bengal Society Regd Act,1961 can convert to a Trusty with the change of name too. Also advice merits & demerits between Society & Trusty.

my lawyer filed a petition regarding return of documents by submitting registerd certified documents by the court but court rejected and also in this case D1 and D3 are exparted finally my lawyer filed a petition like we are not press the suite now and we reserve our right to file a new suite at proper time and asked for the return of documents and take action on members exparted but the judge not accepted to return my documents please help me in this issue

we are applying for pan card online for my father we want to get affidavit for date of birth as we dont have any other proof for the same . nsdl website requires such affidavit attested by magistrate so how can we get it attested from magistrate?
