I filed domestic violance case on my husband ..he doesnt allow me to enter matrimonial home...even he not gave my electoral card and all id proof ..i m in need of my id prooves coz i want to fill differents govt posts ....as i have now to bring up my child also who is mere 1 and a half year old ...he also not giving my original certificates in CAW cell and refuce ...he was not present on first date which was on 21 march 2014...
what should i do to have my id proves and certificates back....

you have a right to force entry with help of police or court if police does not cooperate.
confiscation of electoral card amounts to interference in electoral process and submit written complaint to Distt Election Officer.

Take help of police to bring your documents if the matter is not settled amicably with the assistance of elders.
