Hello I have shop give on rent I want to ask you is that Society NOC is required again for renewal of agreement with same party which I have given on rent

I am asking Again I have two shops given on rent rite now for period of 5 years. When I am renewing the agreement for more than 10 years I have to get new NOC from Society????

Because for police verification there is no need when you are renewing the rental agreement with same party.I think it is also same process for Society NOC

For renewal it is not strictly needed.
