My queries is that if letter of administration was granted by the Hon'ble High Court in favour of one of the legal heir in respect of the property of deceased.
So is he entitle to get transfer the membership of the flat/ shop on his own name. if yes, then on what ground and under which provisions and if no so what is the ground for that.

When ever court accepts depositing money in court for specific performance decree execution. Does court give receipt of money deposit. If money was deposited by Lawyer if the party wants to if money is deposited, what document he should request for. Or how to find out weather lawyer deposited or not.

Hi,
I completed my B.E this year and I want to change my signature.
What is the legal procedure to do so?? I am about to apply for passport and driving license. And I have my existing signature in PAN card, Aadhar card, Bank details etc.
How long will it take for the whole procedure?

I want to give my flat for rent for a period of 2 yrs,
1-should I have to make rent agreement or
lease agreement.
2- can I make this on rs.20 stamp paper.

I sold a piece of land to an individual based on a agreement and received money for same. Later it turns out the money was siphoned illegally from a educational society and paid to me. Can i be held responsible for taking stolen money? Can I declare the agreement as null & void because of illegal consideration? I found out only recently that it was siphoned money.

we are having our family property earned by my late grandfather, his legal hires 5, after my grand pa death my dad and his siblings not cooperative among them and they register a legal partition document with out one legal hire knowledge, later that absent party filled a case and cancelled that partition register,
during these time two of hires intentionally sold their portion to third party few years back,
but as per government documents all the property still in my grand pa name because of do not having legal and law full partition deed,
now we all 5 people agree to draft and register a law full partition deed with all satisfaction,
now my question is, is it possible? and what about the third parties who bought the land from two the parties? please advice,

sirs,
i would like to know whether lease agreement has to be registered as per some new amendmend ?
whether a third party can obtain the certified copy of the regd lease agreement from the registrar, with out the knowledge of either party, on payment of fixed copy expenses ?
what informations are required to file a copy application in the registrar"s office ?
