i have provided a letterhead to company in delhi and i am from hyderabd for a software project and also mentioned that so i will not contact client of that company i just kept the name of company which is unregistered and did not mention cin or any other iso certificates or registered office i just kept office location but not mention them as registered office with phone details
now two points that i mentioned in the letterhead that i have sent are not complete i want to know whether the company can take any legal action against me in case of conflict if so what is the consequence

kindly SHARE THE PREVIOUS REMAND BACK CASES TO TRAIL COURT FROM HIGH COURT....WHICH HAS BEEN AGAIN ACCEPTED IN TRAIL COURT FOR TRAIL OR REVEIW.

My father assured his life with lic on May 2013 and we came to that he is affected by cancer on October 2013 and he is firstly treated by doctor on October 2013, and now he died on April 2014 because of cancer. now i have applied for claim at LIC. here my doubt is, will i get the insured sum amount?

1. DEATH CERTIFICATE
2. FORM A, B, B1, B2, C, E.
3. SALARY SLIP
4. TREATMENT BOOK

Respected sir/madam,
I am 48 years old and i have undivided join family including father, mother,3 married brothers and 3 married sisters. And i have 1 son of 22 years old and 1 daughter of 20 years old. I have purchased 10 acre agriculture land on my own name and apart from that we have still join family undivided property.
My daughter want to release her whole future share in my own property and as well as my undivided joined family property which is still undivided.
My query is that whether my daughter can relinquish her whole future share in my favor by way of simple relinquishment deed which will later on notarize.

Respected Experts, there is a common lane between my house and neighbor's house, my neighbor had made Structure Covering the lane, I checked my building sale deed, it shows lane of 4x65 feets, now my neighbour had created structure and the lane as on today is FRONT SIDE 4FEET but Reducing and At END of 1 feet ONLY, He made it cross, I AM ASKING MY AREA MRO TO GIVE ME LANE PRINTS but Every time he ignores and says that it is Govt documents and cannot be given, By His Delay My New Neighbour Got Time To built structure, MRO IS Reckless in replying me, What Do I Do To Get Lane Prints?pls pls help

i want to change my name ,my name in my educational documents is KM KAMALA but my nick name is KIRAN RAWAT ,iwant to change my name officially ,what is the complete process for it ,and if i change my name than is it required to change it in my educational documents also ? and in future if i will fill any form for the job of central & state govt.which name i should fill in the form because they always require the name of 10th certificate ,can i change my name after my marriage also ? i am confused a lot about the legel process of the name change,pls help me.

Dear sir,
My sister had filed a divorce suit against my brother in law in 2006 and added an interimm releif suit to it latter, but our doubt is that our lawyer colluded with my brother in law and left the case as it is after an initial disburssal of some ammount, now in the year 2013 my brother in law had expired in the month of february due to cardiac arrest after a long period of hospitalisation,now when my sister went to claim her family penssion benifits the office people are not responding well and asking who she is? here I would like to state that my brother in law had given in writing that my sister and her children are nominee's and as far as we know he had not married again so, now how to show to the office people that my sister is the only nominee for her husbands family pension and other benifits as there is'nt any divorce issued to her so how to get a no objection certificate from the court to grant my sister her due benifits?

HOWEVER HIS ORIGINAL NAME IS ALLIP RAJNATHAN MADHUKAR.
NOW THE SELLER IS NOT AVAILABLE TO EXECUTE THE RECTIFICATION DEED WHAT IS OPTION BECAUSE OF THAT I HAVE BEEN ISSUED SHARE CERTIFICATE ON WRONG NAME

GPA executed based on GPA
Respected sirs
There is one property in Bangalore which was for sale. Going through the papers I noticed that the sale deed was executed by GPA holder to the buyer. The GPA holder has executed the sale deed on the capacity of the holding the GPA from the person who is also a GPA holder of the original landlord. In simple terms A who is landlord has executed Unregistered GPA to B. B has executed GPA to C. C has conveyed sale deed to D. D is selling the property now.
1. Mr.A has expired in 2002. D has registered sale deed done in 2012.
2. If there is a suit filed by LRs of A does D stand to lose the title and rights.
Kindly enlighten.
