Hi,
I have a query regarding address proof,Please help will it work during fresh passport tatkal application??Rest my all documents are complete:-
I have these documents only for address proof
My permanent address is in village of Uttrakhand where only my grand mother lives( voter card and aadhar card)
For My current address I have
rashan card,
electricity bill(In fathers name),
mine private bank AXIS BANK statement (with current address),
fathers psu bank passbook(with current address)
My father is defence serving personn so we often change home current address(This time Dad is posted to chandigarh,Where we live in our own purchased flat.Rather than govt flat)
I have a pancard,driving license(with some other address),birth certificated rest all documents
Please help me

Dear All,
I am owner of a Plot in Pune on which I have engaged a builder to develop the same on sharing basis by constructing a building. I am aware that Development Agreement And Power of Attorney (DAPA) needs to be signed and registered for such setup however the builder is saying to sign an MoU initially and once the drawing/plan is approved we can go ahead with registering the DAPA too.
My Questions:
1. Is the MoU really necessary?
2. Why not opt for a DAPA directly instead?
3. WHat is the right time to sign DAPA. Before the design start or after?

Dear Sir,
A commission agent wants to enter into an agreement with a Company. This Agent will provide advisory services for getting a suitable buyer of goods to the Company. In return he will get a percentage commission based on the quantum of goods purchased by the Company from the source provided by him.
My querry is how much stamp duty should be paid on this document / agreement in Maharashtra ?

Good morning,
I am working in abroad (Philippines). The company asking my marriage and Kids birth certificate to submit the tax update. So that i submitted the same. But all certificates are printed in Tamil. They asking again, it is not valid Tamil printing certificate in Philippines. They need in English printing certificate to validate the certificate.
So, can you explain me legally, What can i do? How can i get English printing certificate? otherwise can i convert through any other source / agency / Notary public?

i work as a teacher in a girls' govt school under delhi administration.
one of my students who had been under me since 2011 is now in class 11th.when she was in class 9th,i had sent all my students' names (including hers)to CBSE office for registartion.her parents' names,her DOB and her own name. spellings were checked by me for accuracy,by referring to her old documents which she had presented to school while seeking admission.
by mistake i entered wrong DOB before sending her details to CBSE.
still she signed some papers which mentioned all the above details,including her DOB.her signature implied that she regards her details correct.it's mandatory to take these signatures before sending these details to CBSE office.
next year again,when she was in class 10th her detials were shown to her which she signed again before approving them.if any correction was needed it cud have been done only if she had pointed out any error.
so,twice,she approved of her DOB by signing without checking it.
few months later she even got CBSE registration card which mentioned wrong DOB.at that time also she did not point out this error.
Now when she passed her 10th exam,she noticed the incorrect DOB in her 10th certificate.suddenly she woke up to this error,which she had been ignoring till now..
now does the onus of this mistake lie on me??my colleagues say that DOB change in 10th certificate will cost money which i should pay to CBSE,otherwise it can cause legal action from parents ON ME.her parents say its my fault.was it not the girl's fault to keep signing papers 2 times in class 9th and 10th and wake up to this blunder only now.should the girl and her parents not take responsibility of getting DOB changed by visiting CBSE office themselves ?can i be forced to pay CBSE fees for DOB correction?
if teachers are to be blamed for each and everything,then why are students signatures taken for approval?please advise me legally

A vacant agricultural plot of 10000 Sq . feet was bought by three brothers by way of three separate registered sale deed from single seller same day. Each brother purchased 3333 Sq. Feet. Now all three brothers are selling to a single buyer. the buyer insists on getting a single sale agreement drafted where all the brothers execute the document. The brothers are in confused state. Kindly enlighten whether such a document ever be valid. Or the brothers stick to separate sale agreements. What rights are derived if such a single agreement is executed.
