I HAVE APPLIED FOR MY PASSPORT BU THE POLICE VERIFICATION GOT FAILED SO I MET THE PASSPORT OFFICE OFFICER AND HAVE SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION FOR RE-POLICE VERIFICATION BY WHEN I CHECK THE STATUS ONLINE ITS SHOWS ME APPLICANT REPLY RECEIVED BUT STILL THEIR IS NO POLICE VERIFICATION HAS BEEN ISSUED...ALTHOUGH I HAVE CHECK WITH THE POLICE STATION , AS PER TO THEM WE HAVE NOT GOT YOU FORM FOR VERIFICATION PLEASE SUGGEST

1) I had property in Mumbai with a joint property ( First Name is Mother & Second Myself )
2) Property is Registered in Joint Name.
3) Share Certificate is issued by Society.(Joint Name )
4) First Owner is deceased. ( Expired.)
5) No Nomination & no Will.
6) What is procedure? for application?
7) What is Process of Court?
8) What are details / Documents Required
9) What is Advocate fee
10) What is Court Charges
11) Any specify Case is applicable for this case in Bombay High Court
12) Time period for Issuance of Certificate.
13) Any legal Special Procudure for Hearing
14) Any verification of the detail.
15) how all can issue such certificate or in this case ( Which Authority / Court / Dept )

the land owner has give regd power of attrony to builder for sell the house. The purchaser have applied for loan in bank to purchase house. But question who will recived the sell amount either power attr holder or land owner .sec ondly who will sign in sale deed ie land owner or poa. Poa is valid for feb15.kindly clarify. How will bank finanace

I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW TO VERIFY A GOVT REGISTERED COMPUTER INSTITUTE BY REGISTRATION NUMBER THAT PROVIDED BY THE INSTITUTE AND THE CERTIFICATE THAT THEY PROVIDE US IS VALID OR NOT

My uncle is old and sick. He isn't in a position to sign. He tried it few times on a sheet of paper but can't do it.
Can his thumb impression be used on official papers including will, property, bank, ...?
Is there a need to make any additional document stating that he can't sign anymore? What is this document called and where is it available?
Is thumb impression valid even for those who can or used to sign (earlier)?

Dear Sir,
I am final year law student of Madras Law College. I request your valuable proper guidance to proceed further in the following matter. My father executed a Settlement deed of a property in Madras in my favour during the year 2011.
On receipt of the Settlement Deed I approached the Tahsildhar Office for Patta. The officials of the Tahsildhar office came inspoez, surveyed the settled property. On verification of the Settlement Deed, they have informed that the Survey Number as per their record is 100 and not Survey No. 101 as stipulated in the Settlement Deed of 2011. It is pertinent to mention here that my father at the time of settling the property all the documents from 1919 onwards, in all these the documents the Survey No. has been mentioned as 101. The Tahsildhar office refused to issue patta and instructed me to furnish Rectification Deed, after that only the revenue records will be changed and patta issued.
When I approached the Sub-registrar, to execute the Rectification Deed with format, but he refused to accept the rectification deed and suggested to execute a cancellation deed of the Settlement Deed already executed during the year 2011 and to execute a fresh Settlement Deed by my father with change in the Survey No. as 101 and to pay full stamp duty of Rs. 25,000/- Plus Rs.4,150/-.
I request your good self to kindly guide me whether there are any Law, in the Registration Act, and the Rules framed thereunder or orders of Tamil Nadu Government to execute rectification Deed on nominal stamp duty and charges in the Settlement Deed, to the extent of Survey No. only.Or whether my father has to execute cancellation deed and execute fresh Settlement Deed in my favor.

hi experts
I asked to court by RTI , please give me certified copy of that section of law which allowed to a judge or megistrate about dates given by them to litigents
court replied me this document is related to judicial proceeding so court can not furnished to you
i want to ask the experts please guide me is this really judicial proceeding? or court do not want to disclose the weakness or concelling the correption
or dont want to disclose the lack of trasperancy and accountibility
