Is the Certificate of Identity an acceptable document for updating name in AADHAR? I have tried using Gazette notification but it got rejected saying it's invalid. Please guide. My AADHAR update has been rejected 4 times.

Sir, if Police verification is completed, can the society take objection and tell Licensor not to give the flat to Licencee?

I am living in the zanghar village. Village panchayat has lost village map. Also bharuch DILR does not have this ghabhan patrak so where from I get thi village map (ghabhan patrak)

Hi, I changed my name in 2002 (from: S.Jeyahar to T.S.Jeyahar), i got it notified in Tamilnadu Gazette also. Based on that i got PAN card & Bank a/c in the new name. Now i'm planning to apply for Passport. I'm being told that apart from Gazette notification, i have to get Affidavit (notarized by Advocate) and also Newspaper Advertisement. Obviously i had not done that in 2002. Is it compulsory & necessary to get Affidavit & Newspaper Advertisement?? If yes, what is the procedure for the same. Is there any format for such affidavits?? Also I have changed my residence since 2002. So what is the procedure involved. Would be glad if somebody gives me the correct guidance. Thanks in advance.

I haveurchased a plot in 1998. It was a (then) MMDA approved plot.[now Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority] I obtained it from a Power of Attorney. 17 years passed. Now I wish to sell the land. When the buyer applied for EC for 30 years he found that a second POA was assigned by the first POA to sell 20% of the total extent of the property to Economically Weaker Section [EWS] people under the guidiness of MMDA. The second POA iwas time bound. Alas! my buyer is hesistant to buy the property and he asks for rectification deed. I do not know what to do , since the first POA is now 85 years old and bed ridden and the second POA is away from TamilNadu and lives in Rajesthan due to his profession.

We have procured goods from local manufacturer who are exports. They are issuing us certificate of conformation for the product they have supplied to us that the part no. is confirming with the data sheet of the product. However their Data Sheet part no. and invoice part no. are different for eg if data sheet part no. is BRD02894 and invoice part no. is BRD02894.12, as per supplier both the part are identical and they provide the suffix for internal control, will this make any difference to us in case there is a problem with the material

Dear Experts,
1) In a civil case, sale deed submitted by the Respondents is found to be written on a stamp paper which was purchased by a third party on his name. This third party is way related to the buyer or the seller. Whether this sale deed is legally valid ?
2) The case has reached to the Evidence stage and the above deficiency is now noticed by the advocate who is appearing for the Respondents only.(Plaintiff's advocate is not yet observed it).
How to take the case further.

recently i put bank security for my frnd who is working along with me in my company
and i was resident of another state,i got govt job in my state i submitted my resignation today
My query was i will face any problem in relieving from the company
