respected sir.i'm naresh from hyderabad.recentlly i purchad a property on e - action mode throught bank action .i paid total amount in 15 days below . the banks ready to give sale certificate.but defaluter apporched DRT .he is(defaluter)try OTS ON that loan.is it possiable after action OTS can apply .please advice me sir.

MY 10TH MARKSHEET AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE HAS DIFFERENT DATE OF BIRTH.. MARKSHEET HAS DOB 28/08/1989 AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE HAS DOB 30/08/1989 WHICH IS RIGHT DOB.. I APLLIED FOR PASSPORT TWO YEARS AGO WITH DOB 28/08/1989 PASSPRT AUTHORITY IS DEMANDIND FRESH BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH CORRECT DATE OF BIRTH,MUNCIPAL CORPORATION IS SAYING IT'S ACCORDING TO HOSPITAL RECORD SO CORRECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE, I ALSO TREID TO CHANGE DOB IN 10TH MARKSHEET MP BOARD IS SAYING CORRECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE AFTER 3 YEARS IT'S A NEW RULE..MY PAN CARD ALSO HAS A DOB 28/08/1989..WHEN I MEET PASSPORT OFFICE BHOPAL PERSONALLY THEY WERE SAYING ,CORRECT DOB EITHER IN BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR IN 10TH MARKSHEET THAT'S THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET PASSPORT .BOTH CORRECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE.ONE LAWYER TOLD ME IT WILL ME DIFFICULT FOR YOU CORRECT DOB IN PAN CARD AND 10TH MARKSHEET , HE SUGGEST TO FILE A PETITION IN HIGH COURT AGAINST MUNCIPAL CORPORATION INDORE FOR DOB CORRECTION.. I DON'T THINK SO MUNCIPAL CORPORTION WILL DO IT BECAUSE ITS RIGHT DOB AND THEY HAVE PROOF OF HOSPITAL REGISTER RECORD , I CAN'T WIN THE CASE IN THAT WAY.. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET PASSPORT ..

I want some Help or Query Regarding this matter.
We had purchased Car From Mumbai(Second Hand). We had Received NOC from RTO Mumbai on November. We Submitted all documents in RTO Udupi. We had to Pay Tax According to RTO Karnataka Rules.Paid the Tax and Received the RC book in my name but with MH Registration mark. For Karnataka Registration mark we have to place a request letter to RTO Udupi. They Again sent a NOC Verification Form to Mumbai. and Mumbai RTO Verified and Sent to Udupi RTO. We Placed a Request for change of KA registration mark with letter on march 2015. till date we dint receive the KA registration number. When we Enquired RTO officials Say that the Original car documents is misplaced so Process is getting delayed. its almost Three months they are not even telling any other procedure also. Please help with this

I would like to know that whether the date of Birth/names in the Birth Certificate can be corrected or not.
i would like to know that Correction in date of Birth/ names in the birth certificate through Affidavit signed before NOTARY is legally valid or not.
I also would like to know the right procedure to correct the entries in the Birth Certificate.

I have purchased 1/2 acre of land (which originally
was an agriculture well )adjacent to my registered property owned by a group of people who were all joint holders of 18 acres of land . they have partitioned the land among themselves and got patta pass books from revenue authorities pertaining to their share of land but this particular well was not shown in any one of their pass books, may be on a oversight .they sold out their part of property which was on their patta pass books .this well was not in any of their passbooks but jointly enjoyed by them all when property was together.Now they approached me to buy this well .I agreed and bought this land and all the earlier partners and their legal heirs signed on 100/- stamp paper stating that they are selling this well to me for a consideration of 1,50,000/- .They also stated that this agriculture well belongs to them and will not have any claim over it in future. This document could not be registered because it was not shown in any ones pass book.I got it notarized on the spot by a legal notary .
Now my doubt is how far Iam protected from future litigations. Please tell me of any remedies .

One girl runing age is 18 years and 3 months ( showing school TC ).DOB: 19-02-1998 If my friend get marry to her, government ( childher line department ) will stop this marriage or give the permission.

Obc certificate
I was born in Himachal Pradesh and was married in Uttar Pradesh 3 yeas ago. After marriage I am having great problem in obtaining OBC-NCL certificate. I know that caste and creamy layer is decided by parents and not by in-laws side. Tehsildar at my birth place says that since you are married into UP you will have to apply for certificate there. I said OK. I obtained the document from HP tehsildar verifying my caste and then applied for OBC certificate from UP tehsil. My caste comes in Central list for OBC of HP state but not of UP state. The tehsildar in UP refuses to make certificate for me saying that their software enters only the UP caste and then first prepares the state certificate and on basis of that central certificate is made. Since, my caste does not come in OBC list of UP, the tehsildar says that he can not make my OBC certificate. So in spite of being an OBC, no one either from parents side nor from in-laws side, are ready to make my certificate. What should I do?
