Respected Sir,
With reference on the subject cited above, in this connection it is submitted that I have applied for Motor cycle loan from the Electricity Department and I have submitted Indemnify bond purchased from Chandigarh. But the department raise objection with the intimation that the Indemnify or all stamp papers will be purchased from Panchkula Haryana because I am doing govt. job in Panchkula. Kindly suggest me what can I do because the all the stamp papers like mortgage bond, Indemnify bond etc. from Chandgiarh and attested by the Notary.
Is all stamps papers valid all over india purchase from anywhere or not.

Dear Friends,
One of our client has availed loan of Rs. 2 Cr from the bank and extended securities to the bank.
Further client has acquired second assets for Rs. 2 cr. The new assets has been mortgaged agaisnt car loan of Rs. 40 lakh with SAME BANK WHERE FROM LOAN OF RS. 2 CR OBTAINED.
NOW QUERIES:
Can excess security of Rs. 1.60 be used for availing additional loan?
What documents shall be executed for availing additional loan facilities?
Any other suggestion.

Hi I very upset due to dowry petition by my wife today and I got cal from police station that we have received complaint from your wife that me and my family asked dowry and harras her. Panic has created in my family as she's staying at her parents home from last 2 months and I tried to take her back at home but she refused to do and we stoped talking each other since she used to curse my parents for one and other reason. We I asked stop doing this else I would do the same. She started making issue over this. All of sudden her parents tried to contact me but I don't respond in anger as they behaved too rude when I went to them to take her back. Then they called my father 2-3 times to sort out issue on one side and loosing their patience they did this action of dowry case. Kindly help me for measures since now I don't want to live with her.

1- Without Lawyer can i fight case in consumer court?
2- Call recording can be consider as a evidence in the consumer court?
3- How much time consumer court will take if i will give complete evidence on first hearing?

My nativity is pondicherry and working in pondicherry education department as teacher. I got married in feb 2014 . My wife native is tamilnadu. Now what my query is whether my wife is eligible to get domicile certificate of pondicherry state for applying to teacher post in pondicherry.
OR she can apply only after completing 5yrs criteria to get the domile certificate from pondicherry state
forgive me for my ignorance . who were the concerned authorities and if possible can somebody post any govt order regarding this situation

Hello,
I have faced a crucial case on which i need your help. My mother had opened a FIXED DEPOSIT in 1991 OF THE AMOUNT 13000/-(MATURITY AMOUNT MENTIONED 17000) IN HER OWN NAME at her hometown and gave it to her grandmother. After some time my mother's grandmother expired and at that time nobody remembered about that FD.
A few months back my Mother's Uncle found that F.D. RECEIPT OF SBI IN OLD BOX. When we went to Bank the Bank is giving only 17000 saying that you had not renew the F.D.
I want your advice that it has been remained UNCLAIMED SINCE LAST 20 YEARS SO WHAT IS THE MINIMUM RATE IF INTEREST THAT WE CAN GET ON SUCH UNCLAIMED AMOUNT as a matter of prejudice the bank has channelized this fund in banking since last 20 years so we must get our share of minimum interest on such amount for 20 years.

Information regarding name change in old documents
Hello Sir/ Madam
I'm pursuing MBA (1st. year),i have applied for name change in gazette notification march- april 2015
it's now been issued in gazette notification of the month, kindly guide me that can i use my new name (Anamika Singh) on the place of my old name (Sanjesh) for further purposes because i'm thinking of doing SIP of 6 weeks with my new name or i have to wait till my all documents(10th's, 12th's and graduation's ) get changed with new name?
kindly suggest me pls
