Dear Sir/Madam,
Today I got demand letter notice from an advocate for my credit card payment, due to poor financial situation I had stopped payment of credit card about 5 years ago, I had shifted to other city and suddenly today I gor thia demand letter
Even now I can't pay the due they mentioned that is 85000, I actually unable to pay even any part payment, like to ask you that what should I do next, & does demand letters are serious ?, I am getting worried, can they take further legal action or i just avoid it

I am from Hyderabad. My wifes name is written as Runa in my son's birth certificate as we call her with that name in my house but in all other documents (voter ID, School certificates, Aadhar card) it is as Madhumala Bhaskar. so i want to change her name from Runa to Madhumala Bhaskar in birth certificate. Year of birth is 2012. so please suggest what should i do and the procedures to be followed.

Sir, one of my friends 'A' died in an accident leaving behind wife and two minor children. Before his death he was having a flat in Nagpur. Now his wife had got the mutation done and wants to sell the flat but whoever wants to purchase and take loan Bank demands legal Hier certificate. She had approached the Tahasildar and collector but they have denied to give they say they don't have the power when posted in Nagpur. Please advise the procedure to get the certificate.

Dear Friends,
One of our client has already availed Fund base facility of 5 cr and non fund base facility of 30 cr from consortium of 4 banks.
After appraisal by lead bank, the Fund base facility increased to 8 cr and non fund base facility increased to 50 cr.
Consortium documents prepared and signed by ONLY 3 BANKS. ONE BANK DID NOT PARTICIPATE AND, THUS NOT SIGNED THE CONSORTIUM DOCUMENTS.
QUERY:
1. What is validity of CONSORTIUM DOCUMENTS signed by only THREE BANKS?
2. Can charge be registered, if yes, what is validity of the charge?

Hi,
I am moving abroad and leasing out my property in Hyderabad. In my absence, my friend would look after the property and sign rental contracts. I am giving a GPA to him to manage the property and sign the contracts.
Is GPA recommended for this purpose?
Do I have to specify exact property and the exact privileges that would be granted through the GPA?

Dear Sir,
My father had nominated myself and my brother in a flat he owned in Mumbai. After my fathers death, society transferred the shares in the name of my brother and myself on the basis of my fathers nomination.
Now I want to relinquish my 50% shares in the name of my brother. The society says, I have to give an Affidavit to that effect. Besides my wife, I have one son aged 18 and daughter aged 14.
Please advise me on the format of the Affidavit to be given to the society.

I got an offer in Chennai for a land which is in bank auction. Enquiry nearby revealed that the land is in PATTA CEILING. Broker explained me in a complicated way but what I understood is buying such a property will result in consequence of unable to transfer patta on your name even though it will be registered in your name. Due to this, I will find it difficult to sell this property as my primary intention is to sell after few years. Also, note that this is unapproved land. Broker also mentioned there are around 30 such lands in the layout and one person somehow got the patta in his name.
My question
1. What is Patta Ceiling?
2. My understanding is correct ? i,e unable to transfer patta to my name and difficulty in selling
3. What are the other implications
