I am a single gynaecologist from Mumbai. I have adopted girl child of 16 mths from Nanded in July 13. I have court order, adoption deed and birth certificate. I want to apply for her passport.Documents required for passport mention the need of baby's photo on adoption deed. Adoption deed that I have has my photo and orphanage social worker's photo. Since last 15 yrs adoption deeds are being done this way only in iñteriors of Maharashtra . Now what can I do? Is there a way to avoid a trip to Nanded for redoing or rectifying the adoption deed.

Hi sir, greetings, my grandfather purchased 1 acer land in my grandmother's name in Tamil nadu. During her life time he has changed patta in his name without her consent. But the registered document is in my grandmother's name. Donno how he got changed. Now both of them are dead. My grandfather got second marriage when my grandmother was alive. His second wife is alive and has 2 sons and 1 daughter. My father is the only son for first wife. Now will the land considered as my grandmother's or grandfather's. Will the second wife children will get shares in this property. Second wife, my father, her 2 sons and a daughter's name is included in legal heir certificate. But the land registration document is in my grandmother's name.

Greetings of the Day!!
We are running a Ltd company and for business purpose taken loan from a nationalized bank with the Collateral security of land.
Land is located just adjacent to Resident Colony and is within 8 Kms of Municipality. The land is vacant and not used for any agricultural purpose for last 6 years.
At the time of purchase it was registered as Agricultural land. Now the bank people asking for conversion of land as Non agricultural land. Is conversation is required ?

Hello Sir,
I need to know how do we submit the annexure H when only parent hold the passport which was issued before the marriage. My wife and daughter have same appointment date and time (since they have now applied for passport). We need to submit that annexure but how can we make the last statement of it when I do have passport but my wife doesn't ?

Sir I want to Change my date in my birth certificate in sslc mark's card,aadhaar card my dob is same but in birth certificate it is wrong what should I have to please help me

We are in process to execate Rent Agareement. The value of Rsent is Rs. 17,000/- per month.
The total rent for the 11 month will be Rs.1,87,000/-
What will be the stamp duty for the same in Mumbai ?

Some of relatives have given wrong complain in police station against me. I am on safe side because i have all documents which prove me right. Can i file defamation case against them on the basis of their wrong complain only.

Name conflict URGENT HELP NEEDED
Dear Experts.
My name in all my educational certificates is SUMIT KAPOOR but my name in Voter I'd card, ration card, Pan Card and banking accounts is SUMIT KUMAR. I am filing my ITR in the name of SUMIT KUMAR. I want to make it uniform on all documents since I want to apply for the Passport where all documents are necessary and that would create conflict in names.
PLEASE ADVISE ON VERY URGENT BASIS the procedure for the same. I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU.
