I was appointed as ldc under compassionate grounds. My father document doest say any community.my mothers say obc. So i got a obc certificate using her document. Now they say its not valid . Am already appointed and adjusted in obc category. But now my certificate are sent for verification. The result may be negative. Can i approach my HOD saying it was wrongly mentioned and my mother filled it wrong . And change my order to general. Its compassionate ground. Can it be rectified before the verification report. I did not enjoy any benefits under obc . I was only adjusted to that category as i mentioned it .please help me with a suggestions. I didt do anything wrong.now my job is at risk .

I'm a Muslim girl, I married to Hindu. I have a 4 years old child. But due to some conditions we got divorced. My name on child's certificate appears as Hindu name but it is not registered anywhere. Now, I want to change the father's name, mother's name & address in my child's birth certificate. What are the possibility. Kindly let me know.

My Name is Shiv Bahadur Gopal Chand, however in degree certificate it is written as Shiv Gopal Chand. The Middle word Bahadur is ommitted. Please advise legal impact of it & solution. Thanks in advance.

My name in all documents i.e.from birth certificate to educational&legal documents,is 'ASHISH D PHILIP'. Now, I wish to apply for passport and in the application form, initial is not acceptable. I am fixed.
Kindly advise
i) Can I get passport in my actual name 'ASHISH D PHILIP'
ii) If initial is not acceptable what should I do to get passport.
iii) What would be the legal implications.

I have bought a flat and have registered the agreement and also paid the stamp duty. Application was given to Society to issue NOC as required by the bank in Bank's format from which I have applied for loan. However, Society is hesitant to give NOC as Conveyance has not been done. Also Society is hesitant to mention in Bank's format of NOC that it does not have any borrowings or dues. It is also not giving an undertaking in NOC that it will register the charge on account of mortgage of property. Is the society correct on all fronts? Can bank sanction loan without Society NOC?

one of my friends daughter's admission form in primary school (in 2005) & submitted along-with his caste certificate, he has mentioned his caste Hindu & subcaste-Mahar but school wrote only Hindu & not sub caste caste in school GRegister. ( I had visited few days back to school with friend & saw in admission form & it is very much clearly mentioned the caste,
His daughter passed 10th this year 2016 but in school leaving, school mentioned only Hindu & not caste & thats why nobody asked for anybody's caste certificate. now school not ready to change it even after showing her caste certificate.
what is options available to get it corrected.
school leaving is not yet collected from school cause they refuse to mention caste.
I told them it is nothing to do with students caste certificate & 1st school have to mention caste in bonafied certificate which is required to apply for caste cert.
