Dear learned expertise.
My sister has approached the pf office at bangalore for pf and pension claim of her deceased husband.
After verification they insisted for guardianship certificate since she is a Christian and Christian law insists for it though she is the natural guardian as a mother.
May I kindly request to help us with the procedure and since she is in taluka place should she obtain the guardianship certificate from district judge only or taluka should be fine.
Please guide.

a lease deed has been signed between a govt department and one organization, however the lease deed has been executed without obtaining approval of the government to sign the lease deed. in such cases what will be the legal standing of such lease deed in case any complications arise.

Dear Team,
I am residing in Chennai and i received Mortgage loan of Rs. 4 lakhs last year in Bank,same was registered with concerned Registration office towards bankers and now I applied for Rs. 2 Lacs additional loan and same has been sanctioned to me recently. Now bank officer asking me to again register for Total Rs. 6 Lacs and insisting me to pay for ths same.
Kindly clarify whether I have to pay Registration fees for Rs. 2 Lacs or for Rs. 6 Lacs.

1930 yrs c.s record is land propatey was ajmile propatey then 1965 yrs R.s record is land propatey is my single land propatey.but at time the ajmile propatey party cleam this propatey is re ajmile this is possible ?

Sir ..i am called for documents verification process for a state government job...and my obc cast certificate is from janjgir-champa district and my current permanent address is bilaspur distric but both are from chhattisgarh state . i want to know if I have to show permanent address proof of jamjgir-champa district as mentioned in my obc cast certificate or i have to show permanent address proof of bilaspur district where i live now .... and also i want to mention that i gave permanent address of bilaspur while filling the exam form.
Sir please help me and clear up my confusion .

I want to know the difference between Home Loan Agreement and Facility Agreement? While signing the documents, the bank took signatures in Home Loan Agreement and after frw days at the time of disbursal took signatures in Facility Agreement as the bank had financed the Builders project. Pls guide me legally?

Sir Myself Krishna and I am selling my flat of pimpri to the customer .after meeting with each other I agreed to sell this flat in 25 lacs and he agreed after this he have given me the token money and he said he will pay me 03 lacs Rupees after 10 days and remaining amount he will pay to me after his bank loan.
As I trusted him so I said its ok but still I m confused that I m doing right by trusting him

Thanks for valuable services of Respectable L.C.I.
For change of surname/addition of surname(original/first name not changed),if I get it published in Rajasthan State Gazette on the basis of notarized affidavit, will it be legally valid for all necessary purposes in future.(I am in a private sector employment)
As I have come to know this processor from concerning Rajasthan Government deptt person on telephone.
While for Government of India gazette, the processor is different, also requires publication of name change in local newspaper and other formalities as pre requisite to publish in gazette of India.
Secondly, There is my signature bearing my full name in Hindi in bank a/c’s and others/ Ordinary records but I have to keep a different and uniform signature in English in future/henceforth everywhere ie.,in my profession, banks and all other places.(except where I have old signature). Will it be posing a problem in future?
Please guide me.

My DOB is 21-12-88 (actual and is in certificate issued by municipality also)
Bt DOB proof is 10-02-89 (I am using this as my date of birth proof and is in 10th admit card)
Now the passport rule is DOB after 26-01-89 need birth certificate.
In my case if I will apply for passport and submit my 10th admit card then they will definitely ask me for the birth certificate cos I am a birth of after 26-01-1989 according to admit card bt my certificate is of 21-12-88
West Bengal Board of secondary education has already denied. They are able to change the dob in admit card bt that birth certificate has to be issued with in one year of the birth bt my birth certificate was issued after 10 years of my birth that is 1998.
So what to do now, please help me, I really badly need your help.

1) Can equitable mortgage be created in an education loan?
2) What is the meaning of " equitable mortgage in the account" ?
3) In case there was no written receipt/ agreement/ any other written letter made, then will it be considered as mortgage?
4) What is the meaning of "collateral mortgage in the account" ?
