Hi,
please advise me how to change the place of birth in Passport. I had my first passport issued from Trivandrum Kerala in 1994 and it got expired in 2004. in That my place of birth mentioned is "KUNDARA". I have submited my 10th certificate for issuing the passport. in 2001 i made my birth certificate from where I was born, ie. "IPALLOOR". Both KUNDARA and AIPALLOOR falls under the same district KOLLAM and State Kerala. In 2015 i applied for renewal of my passport and as per the initial passport all the datas copied in that and Place of birth mentioned as KUNDARA only. Now when I was filling out my form for the immigration to USA I noticed the discrepancy in Place of birth. its diffrent in Birth certificate and passport which is not acceptable by US. So I applied for change in place of birth. Police verification done everything is perfect but now the RPO need an affidavit duly signed by Metropolitan Majistrate/Judge. I have approached so many advocates for this and they all said it can't be done.
Please advise me how can I get it done as I need the passport urgently for submitting DS260 form.
The RPO said I can't get it attested by a SDM,EM or Notary. How can MM/Judge will attest my affidavit.
Please please help me

Is it possible to execute a conditional gift deed were the property is transferred to the donee but he cannot sale the same during the life of the donor.

2) Attested by advocate ??
Because we are facing too much problem from members and it was running from last 2 years.
* and please also suggest if Society committee denying to take letter or give no reply of above letter so what we do next ??

I am Krishna from AndhraPradesh,
In my village there is a vast extent of Govt.Lands. notwithstanding over period of time sarpanch of that village encroached many govt lands for commercial purpose and created sham documents in the subregistrar office by falsely misrepresented the Sy.No of private land for that govt land and executed registered sale deed. The sale deed was witnessed by three attestors who knows very well that land belongs to Government.
Therefore my query is whether the attestors also liable for the criminal offence ? if so under which section of IPC, and provision of Registration and stamps Act?

THE FORMER LANDLORD GIVES AN ATONEMENT LETTER TO THE TENANTS INTIMATING TO GIVE THE RENT TO THE NEW LANDLORD. THE TENANTS AT PRESENT ARE DEPOSITING THE RENT & MUNICIPAL CORPORATION TAX IN RENT CONTROL WEST BENGAL, KOLKATA. THE TENANTS FOUND OUT THAT THE PURCHASE DEED IS UNREGISTERED AND IN MUNICIPAL CORPORATION NO MUTATION HAS BEEN DONE IN FAVOUR OF NEW LANDLORD. IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE DO THE TENANTS HAVE TO PAY THEIR SHARE OF RENT AND MUNICIPAL CORPORATION TAX ?

My dad recently expired and we applied for legal heir certificate. Myself, my sister and mother are officially legal heirs. But when the certificate arrived,
1. Our initials were not present ( for myself, my sister & my mom)
2. They've included my dad's deceased mother as the fourth legal heir.
Will this create any complication in the future? What does this mean?
And my dad has a brother & his children who are still alive and one sister who's deceased, but have children.
Will my dad's brother's family have rights to claim my dad's assets?

Regarding validity period of caste certificate issued for obc

I have taken OBC caste certificate in 2015 for applying KPSC job. But they had given it for one year period validity. they have not given for 5 years validity. usually caste certificate once issued will be valid for 5 years.
Now in 2016 i had called for document verification for the job i have applied where they have told to submit all documents refereed to that period i mean when the job was called.
and i submitted my caste certificate taken in 2015. now my question is, will it be treated as expired in 2016 or they will consider it as it is taken with in the said date?
