I understand that stamp duty on property transfer via gift deed between blood relatives is rs. 500. Property is in Maharashtra and deed will also be executed in Maharashtra. Pls confirm

Dear Experts,
This is Harshad Chauhan from Ahmedabad,Gujarat.
I live in Ahmedabad since my birth and my age is 37 years.my cast is Darji and it is included in Baxipanch by Samaj kalyan.
I have certificate of Baxipanch in my name.
My wife is also same cast but surname is different of her father than me.My sername is Chauhan and her is Darji.
We have applied for AMC Prathan mantri Aavas yojana in my wife's name under reserve category of Baxipanch.we have submitted Baxipanch certificate which is issued in my name as a proof of cast certificate.
She is selected in the draw of AMC.
Now my querry is that Baxipanch certificate issued to me is valid to use for my wife or not.
I come to know that i have to take Baxipanch certificate in my wife's name because this certicate is issued in basis of birth cast.
Is it true.
Please guide me if i have to get Baxipanch certificate in my Wife's name or the certificate issued in my name is valid for my wife in above case.
If i need to get certificate in my wife's name,from where i can get this.from Ahmedabad or from Anand where my wife's father live in present.
Your expert guidence on above will be helpful to me to get my own house.

Can a deed of declaration b executed by the apartment owners,in absence of builder if he has failed to do it for long!

Dear sir,
My father purchase a 10 cents land on 19.01.1987 from one person(Kanthappa
) with GPA & Agreement.
Because that time that land was under His father name(thimmappa) declaration judgement process, actually we should'nt buy or he should not sale also. But in GPA correctly mentioned that '' My name kanthaapa s/o Thimmappa I am selling this 10 cents land X( my father name) also I am completely giving right to registered your name or whom like to sale, This GPA no one of my family member or Me to not right cancel or break the agreement, Once you avilablity or our land declaration judgement finalized. But judgement on his father name on 1995 , But my father legally registered on my name on 12.01.2006, but we are occupied the land & built a small building on 1987 itself and paying tax and other govt charges and all.
But now I am leagally owner of the land and I have registered document, conversion, RTC etc such documents have.
But now Kanthappa & his wife & his brother in law demanding money from us and filed a case on AC Court '' me & my father illegally occupied our land with fake GPA produced and registered on their name, so please remove their name and re enter kanthappa's name on RTC and other documents''
But we have original GPA& Agreement and witness person also.
Pls tell me: (1) Is there AC court judge possiblity or right to remove the my name from RTC.
(2) some people are telling that we are purchased a land under progress of delaration time, such time given GPA and all not valid.
(3) So they can easily break the GPA now?

I have got e stamp paper done -affidavit for purpose of applying for family tree certificate & got the certificate.
But the issue is , in e-stamp affidavit , deceased person age is not mentioned ,
1. is it necessity to mention the deceased person age ?
2. If so, then the age to be mentioned should be the age at the time of death or the present age ?
3. When e stamp paper to be changed, for the said purpose then the e stamp certificate no. & date , will it change ?
Because i have already got family tree certificate on which e stamp paper certificate no. & date (reg of e stamp) is already mentioned.
So ; for this should i get,
New e stamp done OR for the exisiting e stamp paper only can be obtained by making changes with same e stamp no. & same date ?
If any changes made for e stamp paper , again should i changed e stamp no. & date in family tree certificate ?

Sir. Mera ek chhota sa accident case tha jo 2012 me close ho chuka h or mujh pr 1000 rs court se fine ho chuka h insurance and licence na hone k karan . Kya mai is case ko mention kru ya nahi

My father died 47 years back but we don't have his DC . He died in vellore and can't find a copy.
My mother died a year back and we have her DC . now we need legal heir certificate from tahsildar (to claim bank account). She was drawing can ly pension from TN state govt for 47 years. Now to issue LH certificate Tahsildar office want my fathers Death certificate also. How to solve. Please guide us.
