My husband was expired. He has two younger brothers. I have a kid who is 3 years old. I applied legal heir . But they told that my mother-in-law name include in heir certificate. They didn't come for his funeral. Then why they told like this? in our ration card her name is not included. She lived with her son.

Hi, my query is that whether EM can be created at Mumbai of the property situated at Bangalore & whether EM charges can be registered at sub-registrar office at Bangalore & how much stamp duty to be paid for the loan of Rs. 60 lakhs.

Respected members, I had given a Xerox copy of property agreement to a broker for selling my flat. Eventually I decided not to sell the flat and rented it my brother. Can the broker misuse the Xerox property agreement. Pls help. The originals are with me.

Dear experts,I want to know if some body purchase second floor of the property address a-5 ...but in estamp paper,agent forget to mention second floor....he only mention a-5 in property description...but in whole deed he mention second floor of a-5 and deed registration is done without any problem.....
Is this matter of concern?

regarding pan and adhar card
I had applied for pan card as Harish manjunatha as my name.it got rejected because of mismatch in adhar card.I have my name as harish m in all documents including adhar card..I don't have any document's with the full name..inorder to change Adhar details what should I do..how much Time does it take.
