Hello respected expert..here I m sandeep..my father name (mansingbhai) on my all documentation proof.. My father aadhar card election card have also same name... But in 7/12, 8 a father name (RAMSINGBHAI)...now father land not transfer to me because of name mismatch... Affidavits already done that mansingbhai and RAMSINGBHAI is single person... But land can't transfer... Grandfather name is not mismatch... Ur valuable opinion is requested

Sir, I want to start a new marraige bureu in mumbai from a small rented office. Do I need to register my company name & if any other legal registration is requried to start this , need your advice on this in detail to start the same in well organized manner.

My great grandfather name was Ramsagar singh.He was 3 brothers.
(1)Pragash singh
(2)Rajkumar singh
(3)Ramsagar singh.
According to khatiyaan.There were total 21 bighas land.Out of which 10.5 bighas is mentioned as सम्मिलात which means all three were equal shareholders.Rest 10.5 bighas is divided as such as 3.5 bighas is separately mentioned on the name of Rajkumar singh.Rest 7 bighas are mentioned on the name of Pragash singh and Ramsagar singh.No where in the khatiyaan pragash singh and Ramsagar singh name has been shown separately in any single plot.Whereas Rajkumar singh is completely separated in the khatiyaan with his accurate share.
Then Pragash singh died unmarried without any successor.
My question is, to whom share of Pragash singh will go by law.Will pragash singh's share will be divided among Rajkumar singh and Ramsagar singh.Or khatiyaan separation will be considered as legal note and pragash singh's share will go to Ramsagar singh.

I want to provide 'Power of Attorney (POA)' to my dad for signing some documents in India on my behalf, since I am residing in Germany and will not be present in India on that specific date. The POA document will be sent to me here in Germany and after signing the POA, do I need to get it attested and get my signature verified from any government body here in Germany, like the Indian Embassy, German notary etc.? Is it mandatory to do so in order to legalise the POA? Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If a person who belongs to BC-B (PADMASALI) by caste and converted to Christianity before marriage in 2009., now the person needs of BC-C certificate .please give me reference G.O.NO./ AS PER CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

I stay in mumbai. My mom dad has died in 2014 so i want to entered name in 7/12 extract. My mom has 2 brother and 2 sister. So i had one query that one of my mom brother in not signing the vaaras application rest all are ready. In this case how can i entered reset of the heirs in 7/12 extract?.

I am planing to buy a house from Mr. A. Mr A was given GPA by Mr Y( made a layout). The GPA was noted at a notary and not registered with the registrar. In 2004, Mr A made a registered sale dead on his wife's name. My concern : There is no date on the GPA, The GPA is not registered with the registrar Mr Y passed away in the year 2000. (sale dead by Mr A was done in 2004) What is the expert opinion? Can the property be purchase?

Since I caught them n my husband when I came to know he got married and was with his second wife and children recently born he came home and is with me.But the marriage was done in Mantralaya and the register officer said as he got register marriage he has to take divorce as that marriage is legal too as it is register n that lady says now I left ur husband as I came to know he is married .if any lady cheated would file a case but that lady knew my husband was married so she divorced her first husband n got married to my husband as per Catholic marriage act. but how come the marriage took place in Mantralaya without getting the couple's verified in this way so many families are getting destroyed just because I came to know my husband got married in Mantralaya I went to verify so government too need to do something in their verification
