Respected Members,
kindly give your opinion on following case:
In the there are four land owners (i.e. A,B, C, & D) and sale agreement, conveyance deed is to be register but out of four land owner one land owner is not came for registration i.e. "D" will sub-registrar will be able to register the above mentioned documents with remark of "pending signature of "D" .

May i know the documents required for eligibility of House under SRA scheme. If we have 3 houses in one structure with separate doors and different voting cards before 2000 and other documents, is it eligible?? The BMC came for survey in the year July 2000 and we have the copy of the survey sheet. But the other copy is with BMC.Our name is not in the Annexure ii. Please suggest as what to do.

Sir. I joined 1 August in company.he should took all original documents and also .I signed the bond normal company letter pad .in bond letter pad there is only mentioned you should not leave or abandoned the company.please sir what should I do please sir help me. My contact no-8210502406

Sir...my father was a government employee....and he died in 2016..In gpf passbook nominee names are written of my mother and mine....but department office are saying that nominee names are not attested...u have to bring succession certificate for pension..what should I do in this regard..plz reply

My parents were owner / tenant of pagdi property. After their deaths we 2 brothers and 2 sisters are heirs of the said property. my sister's are married and we wanted to take their NOC/ Surrender deed in our favour that they are surrendering their right. Sisters are ready to give NOC. My query is in the said Noc/ Surrender deed what to refer ourselves as Owner of property or tenant...

My great granny passed away in 1972 and was buried in one of the church in Mumbai. The funeral was attended by my family Members n close relatives however the church does not have a record of her burial. We don't have a record at BMC office as well.
How can we recover the death certificate.

Rent Agreement
Please reply urgently...
I am a tanent and my rent agreement was of 11 months starting from Sept 2016. Now i want to shift and informed my landlord this month only. Oct.2017. He is showings me the agreement copy and asking to give one month notice. Plz tell if its ok to give almost 10 days notice as we didn't renew our agreement.
