Received legal notice in bengali

I received a notice which I believe is a legal notice regarding a property in mutation with my mother being one of the party from a party of 4 shareholders. The notice is from another shareholder in the property however the whole document is in Bengali whereas I could not find any bengali person who can understand the legal words used on the document. Is there anyway to scan the document and forward it to any advocate/lawyer proficient in bengali and have the document translated but does not have to be on legal papers, so as to understand the terms and conditions and dates mentioned in there. If yes, how much would be the fees for it and if no, then could you advise alternatives.

Name change in land deed

Hello,

My name was Kotha Santosh Reddy. I bought a land in 2010 and the land deed has this name.

In 2016, I legally changed my name to Kotha Santosh (removed the word, "Reddy"). I have notarized affidavit, gazette notification and ads in newspapers.

Please note that my signature has also got changed in the process.

My questions are:

1) Should I definitely change the name and signature in my land deed - from Kotha Santosh Reddy to Kotha Santosh?

2) If I don't change the name and signature in land deed (retain my old name and signature in it), will it be an issue in future, when I try to sale it?

3) What is the procedure to change the name and signature in the land deed in this context? Please note that this does NOT fall under the category of unintentional error. It is a case of legal name change.

4) If the procedure to change name and signature in land deed involves the person from whom I bought the land and if he doesn't agree to this process, can anything be done?

Thank you

Pari kath

Dear sirs, my doubt is if A, B & C made pari kath for land with 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 rights but registration for land is done with 1/4 , 1/4 & 1/2 rights by mutual understanding and all signed without taking pari kath
Now A and B can claim as per pari kath

My father expired long back leaving a will in the name of my mother.. we had some shares on his sole name which we wanted to transfer on my mother s name.. however on approaching the consultancy service of that share unit, they asked for probate of the will as the value of the shares is more than 2 lac rupees.. my question is whether it is not possible to transfer the share without the probate? I faintly recollect that there is a supreme court directive regarding the same.. kindly advice what should i do?
