Forgery of Signature

Sir,
Am a student in school. My mother expired when I was in class 9.It was a suicide and my maternal uncle and his family lodged a case of Murder. But as it was a suicide so we(I and my father and our family) won the case. But during the trial it was revealed that my maternal uncle and his family FORGED my mother's signature and made her out of the property that she must get. This was told by one of my Mother's Uncle during the trial and it was a "slip of tongue".The words that he told was written down in the court and I have the documents.I want to ask you that can I claim a Criminal Case against my maternal uncle? and also can I get the property back?I do have my mother's signature.

BOCW Welfare Cess Act

To my knowledge, BOCW Welfare Cess Act 1996 is a Central Ac. However it is applicable to those states where the state govt has formed a board under this Act.

My query is whether SEZ or a SEZ unit or Developer is exempted from payment of CESS under this act.

Service Tax Applicability for UPgradation of Civil Hospital

I would like to inform you that we have got one composite contract for upgradation of Govt Civil Hospital valuing approximately 10.0 Crores. It includes the value of Medical Equipment valuing 4.0 crores and labour, materialand plants covers the rest of value. We have not considered service tax components as the intention of the contract seems to be for social cause, however, there is no such mentioning in the contract as the rate includes all taxes/duties. Please clarify whether service tax is applicable for this contract and if so, how to minimise the same as we have not considered the component. Anticipating early reply from the experts.

With warm regards.
