Dear Sir

I am Sundaram Kumar MA., M.Com., B.A.L., and Registered Income Tax Practitioner for the past 7 years. Can I file any legal documents to the courts as I have not registered with the Bar Council, and what is my limit in Court Proceedures, and let me now I can file any stays against the Orders.

NO , You have to go through an advocate.

NO , You have no right as an advocate.. But U can file any stays against the Orders as a party.

If case pertains to you individually, you can defend or contest it and services of lawyer are not required in that case but if it is otherwise then you cannot do so.
