Appeal time for sc

Respected Sir,

First-of-all I'm not sure whether DV act of 2005, comes in Criminal, Civil or Family case category.

But in DV Case, how much time the appellate will have to approach Supreme Court post HC order.

How much time it will take in SC to get the case admitted ?

What will happen if HC judgement copies it self will consume 1 month time.

Sir,

You don't have to wait for the HC order to come and u can move an application for exemption to file the certified copies right.

Next is the moment the SLP is heard notice is issued on the same day .

Appeal as soon as after the order.

Didn't knew about exemption,
but is it not rules to attach HC order copy along with appeal petition ?

but typically how much it would be to appeal, as it is lot of work

limitation to file appeal/SLP starts from date of high court and file it at the earliest and C/copy can be filed afterwards also.

The case seem to be in High Court, have you discussed with your lawyer who is well aware of full case file.

Respected Goyal Sir, Case is disposed in HC, so I want to appeal in SC ..
How many days I have is what I don't know and I need to complete lot of work
