I want to know the time limit (in days)to file appeal in the S.C.
High courts jusgement is in my favor what to do I next?

If the judgment is in your favour then apply for its implementation.

Time limit for appeal to the respondent (opposite party would have been given in the judgement). You need not have to bother for appeal time and straight ask for implementation of order.
