Hi All,

Whether the following properties are Ancestral or Acquired properties to a SON or to a SON-IN-LAW in the below queries...
(1)Father given his property to Son by executing GIFT Deed?
(2)Father given his property to Son by executing PARTITION Deed?
(3)Father given his property to Son through WILL?
(4)Uncle given his property to Son-in-law by executing GIFT Deed?
(5)Uncle given his property to Son-in-law through WILL?
(6)Unknown Person given his property to a Known Person through WILL?

Q.(1)Father given his property to Son by executing GIFT Deed?

Answer:IN HANDS OF SON IT WOULD BE TREATED HIS SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY.

Q.(2)Father given his property to Son by executing PARTITION Deed?

Answer:UNLESS SON IS OWNER WITH FATHER, A PARTITION DEED WITH SON CAN NOT BE EXECUTED.


Q.(3)Father given his property to Son through WILL?

Answer:IN HANDS OF SON IT WOULD BE TREATED HIS SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY.

Q.(4)Uncle given his property to Son-in-law by executing GIFT Deed?

Answer:IN HANDS OF son-in-law IT WOULD BE TREATED HIS SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY.


Q.(5)Uncle given his property to Son-in-law through WILL?

Answer:IN HANDS OF son-in-law IT WOULD BE TREATED HIS SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY.


Q.(6)Unknown Person given his property to a Known Person through WILL?

IN HANDS OF beneficiary of will IT WOULD BE TREATED as beneficiary's SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY.
