if an agreement of divorce on 100 Rs. stamp attested by notary public have any legal force.

Mr. Anonymous an agreement of divorce on Rs 100 stamp paper is completely invalid and have no legal force.

unless your caste approves customary divorce, such a document willl not have any force in law.

Yes, only customary divorce with strong proof of existence of such custom can dispense with the rigours of law.

so long as the other party does not challenge,it is a simple and convenient arrangements,eventhough it has no legal validity.

divorce can be granted only by a court among the hindus unless you have customary divorce recognised in your family. among the sunni muslims, oral and written divorce is recognised but under the shia law, divorce has to be oral.
