My housing society is not calling elections, nor AGM even after a year. What can I do?

If it is a Cooperative housing society,report to the jurisdictional Deputy Registrar.

Whether it is registered?If so the constituent bylaws to be obeyed.Else complain to the respective registering authority.

Whether your society is registered, the period of AGM shall be noted in the bylaws of the society. If it is for one year, complain to the Registrar/Joint Registrar of coop. societies.

If the society is a registered body then you can give a complaint to the registrar of cooperative societies in this regard.
