Sir I want to ask if someone misuse any blank document as stamp. Means on stamp signature was taken on blank and after some years contents of agreement is filled on it. Can it be checked by forensic that signature and content written on stamp is of different years. Any link or citation and procedure.

Giving a blank signed document is like authorizing the recipient to fill it as per his needs.

If the contents of the document whatever it maybe does not note, then no one can sign on that document. If signed without knowing the contents, then the signed person cannot take any action against the person who took the singnature from him.
