hi i am student of b-ed i write entrance and and i eligible for admission and same i was call for con sling and they allotted me seat in b-ed.same there is govt is scholarship for post metric and pre_metric . as per the condition of rules and regulation they exempted me for fee in minority quota. i got admission in college and i attending regular college after two month when i am submitting my application for scholar ship they did not except it and they are saying that am not eligible for scholar ship as per the rule of memo issued by the govt after the counseling and after two month off admission and exempted me from fee as per rules and regulation am challenging that memo . can i ? if u have any citation about regarding like that case forward me thanks

if you dont satisfy requirements you wont get scolarship .consult a local lawyer . need to go terhough scholarship scheme , terms and conditions etc

You shall have to submit entire information regarding rules and regulations connected with free of cost study and even then claiming scholarship and concession in fee etc. and then put your query or consult a local lawyer. If there is any ambiguity then definitely you can file a civil suit or a writ before high court.
