Dear Expert what is the stamp duty in madhya pradesh for Affidavit required to register partnership firm and please also provide Format of Affidavit for registering of partnership firm in registrar of firm

Stamp fee differ from state to state, he would tell applicable stamp fee.

Consult a Document writer or a lawyer who is in the practice of drafting documents. Formates cannot be supplied here. The Stamp duty for an Affidavit is Rs.50/- to my best in MP.

Stamp duty is a State subject, it is advisable to contact a local deed writer / lawyer or sub-registrar.

In Haryana Stamp fee for affidavit is Rs. 10/-, some sites are showing Rs. 50/- for Madhya Pradesh, any document writer / lawyer would confirm.
