Accident or murder

3 yrs back my father met a road accident. Police closed the case as accident case. And we got accident claim also. But i doubting with that case. Some one reason z there. I need to investigate my daddy's accident case. Can i? Please what i have to do. Now i am minor girl.

You have to file a case under section 156(3) and register an FIR for murder

PLEASE MAKE ASCERTAIN STATUS OF CRIMINAL CASE FOR RUSH NEGLIGENCE DRIVING?IF IT IS PENDINGOR NOT?ALSOFILE APPLICATIONfor additonal evidence if matter is subjudice. or move under article 226for denova investigation some high court also entertain 482 crpc petion in such matter. beter take advice from local lawyer and proceed. HOPE FOR THE BEST

if you have strong reason to believe that the case is not only a road accident then file a case under section 156(3)with those allegation which you think actually is. Put your strong evidence to prove your case and only then court order to book accused in alleged offense.
And because you are a minor, you can file case through your guardian or through your next major friend(if you have no guardian).
