About will

My father had got the land through WILL from his mother's mother and My father had two wife.his first wife's son had lodge a case for getting his share in land.so does he have right to ask in court and the will is registered to registered office in 1949 when my father was seven year old.

your step bropther cannot claim any share in property . once property has been bequeathed to your father by his gradndmother he is absolute owner of the property . it is upto your father to decide whom he ants to give property
