give your flat on leave and licence basis for 33 months . take proper secuirty deposit . get agreement drafted by lawyer and have it duly stamped and registered .

yes rent act would be applicable

I fully agree with the views of Mr. Sethi. In addition, it should be ensured that the flat is being leased out/rented out only to the Company and not to its employee.

Hello, here the terms are clear that you will be leasing out your flat to the Bank for their employee, so sub-letting of the flat is itself clear before you wish to enter into agreement with the Bank. So It very well attracts the law of tenancy if you lease out your flat on complying with legal formalities.

Now-a-days,the trend has become to let the premises up to 9 years,by which one can get Rent discount loan from the Bank.

Hence if any MNC is there, then no harm.
