About compensation job in bsnl

My father has expired due to accidental death in 2016. And it has been 7years now ,Still my mother didn't get compensation job in bsnl .And my mother has no pension. I don't know why this bsnl not understanding their employees family problems. When will my mother get the job?

why she has no pension. was bsnl not covered under EPFO. If there was no pension then has she got CPF benefits or not.

As far as compassionate job is concerned the matter appears to be at dead end. For further discussion you need to elaborate why she could not get compassionate job.

Did not your mother or any eligible heir of your deceased apply within a year from the date of death of your father? If your mother submitted pension papers you can ask the reasons for not sanctioning the pension using RTI. At least now submit the pension papers with the reasons for the delay. As the time for a compassionate job of 2 years is elapsed you cannot get the job.

You can file a writ petition before high court seeking direction to the employer to appoint her in the job on compassionate grounds, even though employment under compassionate grounds cannot be claimed as a right.

Your mother is entitled to receive family pension. As to compassionate appointment, has she applied for the same?

Status of both the issues could be ascertained through RTI.
