My grand mother gift deed property her ancient to me (I am her son only son) after my father death in 2013. My hard mother has one son ( my father) and two daughters.I sold the property recently in 2021 for my sister marriage. My grand mother died in 2020. Now they (my father sisters) scared me we have right in mother's property we suit a case on above sold property. And they asking money to stop suit a case.

Is any right to them to suit a case on above land now?

The Gifted property will be treated as donee's own property. Hence no problem.

It appears that you have filed a suit and it is not known for what reason.
If your paternal aunts are claiming any share you may challenge their case properly in the court of law because as per your statement, it was transferred to you by a gift deed, hence you become the absolute owner of the property, therefore their claim is not maintainable.

If your grand mother was absolute owner of gifted property then she had every right to transfer the property to anyone as per her choice and in that case gift is perfectly valid and no body can challenge it legally and in case gifted property is ancestral and not divided among legal heirs by meets and bounds then your father's sister have their respective share and right over the property and can challenge gift deed and sale transaction.

The query appears to be deliberately disjointed and the identity of the querist also appears to be confusing; Nikitha, to my knowledge, is a girls or a woman's name!

As could out from the posting, grandmother of the querist, who allegedly, is the son's only son, had gifted some property, stated to be 'ancient' after his father's death. The querist had sold the property for his sister's marriage. Now, subsequent to the death of the grandmother, his paternal aunts are staking their share in the property. They have a filed a suit seeking their share and are demanding money to settle the suit.

There is nothing to be concerned if the gift deed had been validly executed. Law does not recognise the property held by a Hindu woman to be ancestral (not 'ancient').

Anyhow, what are the grounds on which they are seeking their claim?
