1. What form to file petition?
2. what is the Civil Procedure Code - to file petition against advocate.

PROCEDURE FOR FILING COMPLAINT AGAINST ADVOCATE
A complaint against an advocate shall be filed in a verified petition manner by the complainant.It shall be filed along with the enclosures, if any, in six copies. (If there are more than one advocate respondents, as many additional copies + Rs.100/- extra for each respondent). Along with the complaint an amount of Rs.800/- to be sent towards complaint and process fee. The said amount of Rs.800/- can be sent either by way of demand draft obtained in favour of “BAR COUNCIL OF ” or by Money Order. The complaint copies and the enclosures to the complaint shall be legible copies and shall be in English.

Thank You very much Mr. Sainath. What is the section CPC 1908. I am NRI. any sworn before Embassy personnel or self affirm is enough to submit petition?. Without advocate I can submit petition or?.

Why didn't you come out with the total facts in your first post.There is nothing specific with code of cicil procedure,advocates come under these povisions.So your complaint is against an advocate notary.Whatever is your problem,use the proforma.You have not yet given the petition,but you are anxious to know who verifies them.Do your duty and the concerned Judicial officers will take care of it.

You must first take your problem to the proper court and prove your case than only any complaint will lie.
On face of it there is nothing against the notary.
