Sir I want to say if my father�s accident time he bed rest for 10 month bank pay my father as his pending credit different leaves so insurance company liable to giving us Salary which my father get before accident because leaves are gone is also loss for my father�s personal, bank also writes that My father was so injured and constant on leaves for 10 months.
So I have to know about salary pay compensation we claiming or not ?

As a employee bank give all leaves which credit my gather�s Whole service time and bank paid to us as leaves amount calculated. But my actually query is due to accident my father not getting full salary and wasted his credited leaves waste which are also one type of loss.
So we can claim in Mact tribunal to opposition insurance company for losing salary? Because my father getting 10 month in bed and get base of leaves amount and didn�t getting full salary.

They both will pay....
bank will pay up-to his leave allowance
and ..if there is clause on accidental benefit on his insurance then they will pay too

It is unfortunate that being a layman, you are unable to put your problem in clear words due to which some senior experts have not paid any heed towards your serious problem.
Whatever I could understand is that your father was not granted for any compensation by MACT for his 10 months leave period caused due to the mentioned accident and had to use his earned leave for that period.

I am of the considered opinion that your father (and as he has now demised so you legal heirs) are entitled for the grant of the aforesaid period of 10 months either through his own department or failing which from MACT. You can prefer even second claim petition for that period as department has not paid and your father had to consume his earned leave.
