what should i go for 498a/b/c. what is the difference between the three?
i have read at this forum that in case of 498a cases sometimes ur lawyer and the accused connive to make a wifes case weaker. what should i do to prevent it?
i hv evidence on audio/ video/ photo/. what should i do to protect it from my husbands side in case my lawyer asks for original copies to get it verified or some other way? he may destroy it or give it to in laws?
if he is prosecuted or somehow he loses his job, can he claim maintaince frm me? i m working bt dnt earn much and have a child who i hv to look aftr.
all my jewellry i hd givn thm, i askd once for it bt they refused, thn sudnly my in laws said it is with u. we nvr ook it. how can i get it back?

There are no sections namely 498b or 498c in IPC.
If he is prosecuted and punished, he loses his job then there is no source of income to provide maintenance amount to you, what will you do then? As a revenge he can file a maintenance case and claim maintenance from you under the provisions of law to meet the expenses incurred over his day to day basic needs because you are employed and have an independent income, what will you do then?

Prosecuting your husband in 498a is the most difficult thing now a days, thanks to the jealous women who has used 498a as the tool to harass the innocent husbands and their family members. The case itself will take 5 years and still there will be no relief given to you. Moreover, you will loose your sleep for those years and the most affected will be your child and not you or your husband. Think before you act.
Do not file 498a case and resolve the matter amicably with your husband. Go for meditation and they will help you to resolve the matter.

thank u sir, my husband refuses to listen to me, he is not ready to take on my or my childs responsibilty. i want to reconcile without legal help, bt they t forcing me to come back with my child. i cant leave my child in their care as i m working as thy always see child as burden. thy dnt hv any feelings for child.i get nightmares and get really stressed as i mentiond earlier if i even imagine myself living in the same conditions again. unless my husband takes me and my responsiblity caring for ther is no use going back.
they will nt pay a penny for my child nor return my certificates, stridhan, clothes anything. thy use it as blackmail. for mcd i will hv to think abt leaving everythg with thm as well as child support. wht shll i do?
