498a appearence

hi Expert
My wife filled 498A case on me ,my parents and my brother still charge sheet is not submitted. Is it necessary to attend the court by all of them on all the given date or only myself appearing before the court is sufficient for the attendance.

I Don't want that my parents and my youger brother suffer becaz of that evil lady and her false complain.

Under a Criminal Trial every accused have to be present on each day, otherwise a warrant may be issued.But if your father and brother does not want to present each day then they can file a Petition u/sec.205 Cr.P.C. or u/sec.317 Cr.P.C.in the Court to dispense from personal attendance.
