sir,
pls help me to guide in my case as i was married in may 2009 and my wife leave my house after living 15 days only from that time my family try many times to talk with my so called wife in his own maternal area but she didn ,t talk and now we give notice to her for seperation or oter option ifshe have to continue married life.if family of my wife register 498 case in jhasi(her native place) the how we can avoid???????

There is no way you can avoid the same but if it is initiated you can try forgetting stay on arrest by filing quashing petition.
So better try for amicable settlement.

make yourself get in touch with your wife to have conjugal life. if otherwise file a divorce and get all the benefits and consequences there on.

You need to get stay on arrest from Allahabad High Court, the same would also send you for mediation. Try to finish the matter there.

Stay on arrest is not available in UP so Kapoor ji your suggestion cannot be got implemented there.

Allahabad High Court could order for stay arrest after lodging of FIR.

Stay of arrest can be granted in UP in quashing application. 438 is not applicable in U.P.
