What is the remedy available for a person who was falsely implicated in a 498 case. If he is acquitted in the case? Can he/she file a case against the woman? Say for malicious prosecution? Or perjury?

He can file a malicious case but in the judgement there must be an observation that case is false

Whether in the judgement it was mentioned that the case was false?

Show the copy of judgement to local lawyer and discuss.
